AE - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You're a go-getter in keeping product moving with timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You master the stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized, keeping the stockroom running efficiently and productively. You innovate by identifying merchandising opportunities, informing store leadership, making a game plan, and taking action to correct them. You support teamwork, stepping in and helping fellow team members with non-stock-related tasks or guest assistance. You prioritize safety, following asset protection standards and AEO policies and procedures in both the stockroom and on the sales floor. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
