Join our growing Behavioral Health team and help our clinic provide behavioral health services to our local community!Full-time @ 37.5 Hours/week with excellent company paid benefits!Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, no weekends or evenings!$38 - $41/HourCurrent CA license: AMFT or APCCDAVIS STREET BENEFITS AND PERKSMission-driven company culture.100% paid employee premium for Kaiser, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance plans.403(b) Retirement plans with matching contributions.Paid Time Off for vacation and illness.12 Paid Holidays PLUS an additional paid birthday holiday.Employee Discount Program.And more!ResponsibilitiesMakes psychological evaluations of assigned cases; determines appropriate diagnostic procedures and tests to be used; clinical interviews with clients and other interested persons to develop information pertinent to diagnosis and treatment.Meets with clients for regular therapeutic interviews; guides the client in understanding his/her illness and contributing personal, social, and economic factors; assists patients in developing realistic plans; advises clients on community resources; and makes referrals and other arrangements as necessary.Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planningProvides in-service training to Primary Care Clinic staff and trainees as appropriateParticipates in agency-wide training programs and in-services.Documents in the medical record according to requirements of regulatory agencies.Submits service activity logs, weekly and monthly schedules, time sheets and mileage to the Behavioral Health ManagerMaintains accurate and timely records of services provided to each patient in the medical record according to requirements of regulatory agenciesCollaborates with other departments and agencies related to client treatment planningParticipates in quality improvement committees and other agency meetings as requestedOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSMaster of Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Doctorate degree from an accredited universityAMFT or APCC Licensure: Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology (or able to show proof of pending application); must be eligible for licensure via the BOP or BBS.2 years direct client experience preferredCurrent CPR/BLS certificationAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff of all levels.Strong verbal and written communication skills and Interpersonal skillsProficient using Microsoft Office [Word/Excel/Outlook]Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street #J-18808-Ljbffr Davis Street Community Center
