Location: Estero / Naples, FL | Primarily In-Office with Earned Flexibility Compensation:

Compensation: $100,000+ Target Total Compensation | Base Pay + Tiered Production Incentives + Bonuses

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Advisor to join a well-established, growing team with locations in Estero and Naples, Florida.

This is not a traditional hunting role. The team provides an established book of business and schedules client meetings for the advisor, with a goal of approximately 40 kept appointments per month. The advisor can focus on what they do best: meeting with clients, identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and closing business.

The role will focus on life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, 401(k) rollovers, variable annuities, and other financial solutions. This position will not be responsible for property and casualty insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with existing clients and prospects generated by the agency
• Manage approximately 40 kept client appointments per month, with a goal of two meetings per day
• Identify opportunities across life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, 401(k) rollovers, variable annuities, and related financial products
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through application and implementation
• Build deeper relationships within an established book of business
• Maintain consistent follow-up and independently manage a strong pipeline
• Partner with the broader team to maximize opportunities across the agency

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in financial services, investments, life insurance, retirement planning, or a related field
• Experience with a firm such as Edward Jones, New York Life, MassMutual, Guardian, Northwestern Mutual, or a similar organization is highly relevant
• Appropriate life, annuity, and securities licensing, or ability to obtain required licenses
• Comfortable discussing investments, retirement assets, life insurance, and annuity solutions
• Strong client-facing and closing skills
• Independent, self-directed, and comfortable owning their business
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and the opportunity to earn $100K+
• Does not need to bring a book of business or independently generate leads
• Comfortable working primarily in-office in Estero or Naples, with flexibility earned over time
