This role is ideal for someone who sees a problem and thinks about 10 ways to solve it, instead of thinking, "this is how it's been done for years". We are looking for someone who lights up at the thought of automating the traditionally "non automatable" and delivering customer delight. Our ideal candidate should have high agency and be used to shipping high quality output at high velocity.
