About the Role: As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
