Product and Sales Analyst

Responsibilities Provide analyses and recommendations to Sales Leadership to support the division’s product and sales strategy. Strategically evaluate requested product selections to assess their impact on take rate and margin. Analyze backlog with similar offerings to determine appropriate discounts and concessions for spec requests. Review and analyze current spec homes and selections within neighborhoods, assessing their impact on sales duration and the effectiveness of incentives and concessions. Compare plan offerings with competitor plans and top-selling products to determine optimal lineup. Maintain weekly CMA for active neighborhoods and conduct reviews with the land acquisition department to ensure accuracy and understanding of variances and adjustments. Visit competition bi‑monthly to stay informed about market dynamics and support the division’s market position. Provide guidance and recommendations to sales leadership and the Division President. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. Homebuilding industry experience strongly preferred. Experience developing and implementing standardized processes and managing complex projects. Valid driver’s license required.
