We are seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Enter and process customer orders through our point of sale system
• Monitor inventory to ensure shelves are re-stocked and fronted
• Follow rigorous cleaning policies and procedures
• Open and/or Close retail location

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in sales or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self motivated with the ability to be productive under minimal supervision
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong sales and negotiation skills

Pay:

• Starting Sales Associate pay: $15/hr
• Eligible for discretionary hourly raise based on performance
