Now Hiring: Activities Director at The Springs of Pinnacle Mountain!
Are you a creative, compassionate, and organized individual who loves working with seniors? The Springs of Pinnacle Mountain is looking for a dedicated Activities Director with LTC EXPERIENCE WITH C.N.A LIC to lead engaging and meaningful programs for our residents.
Join Our Team!We are seeking someone who is:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Creative and compassionate
- Flexible and able to work closely with seniors
- Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Develop and deliver a quality activity program tailored to both individual and group needs
- Encourage social engagement and support re-socialization skills
- Enhance physical well-being through recreational activities
- Provide mental and sensory stimulation for residents
- Create one-on-one programming for room-bound or bedbound residents
- Plan and oversee community-oriented and marketing projects
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and assist other departments as needed
- Maintain regular interaction with residents and their families to ensure a fulfilling experience
- Must be computer proficient
- Strong team player with a caring and innovative approach
- Punctual and dependable
- PART-Time Role
- Saturdays and Sundays (AND SOME WEEKDAYS)
