Tax Credit Property ManagerMutual Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and support across our portfolio of affordable multifamily communities. This role ensures smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and strong resident relations.Location: Sacramento, CA 95824Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pmCompensation: $25.74 - $27.80 per hourOur Benefits Package Is Top Tier:100% employer-provided housing: 3 bedroom unit (security deposit required)Medical, Dental, Vision, & Employee Assistant Program: Kaiser plan fully covered for Employee and dependents; Employees do not pay anything out of pocket for full coverage for themselves and their dependentsOptional Life, Long Term Disability, Critical Illness, Identity Theft Protection and Accident InsuranceGenerous paid time off, including 16 paid holidays which includes the week between Christmas and New Years2 Floating Holidays (16 hours)401K Plan with company match up to 6%Responsibilities:Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations at assigned site.Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, etc.).Maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep.Provide training, guidance, and leadership to on-site staff.Qualifications:3-bedroom onsite housing is included as part of the compensation package and requires residency in the community.Minimum 3 years of property management experience, including affordable housing operations.Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance programs (HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit, etc.).Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day ? to ? day operations of affordable housing communities.Associate's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred.Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with Yardi (Affordable or Voyager) and MS Office preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.**NO CALLS FROM STAFFING AGENCIES OR RECRUITERS PLEASE**
