The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing loan files throughout the lending lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role supports loan funding, document review, file maintenance, investigating and responding to consumer disputes through the credit bureaus, and administrative functions while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and operational quality. This role is required to come into the office two days per week to handle incoming correspondence via mail and other administrative duties.

Salary Range - $19.00-$24.00

• Ability to analyze information and prioritize workflow effectively

Loan Administration & Documentation

• Knowledge of loan documentation, funding, and servicing processes
• Ability to review loan files for completeness and accuracy
• Understanding of lending policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Experience maintaining electronic loan records and document management systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in loan administration, loan processing, loan servicing, financial services, or related administrative roles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer correspondence, accounts logs, and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
