Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

CareRite Centers seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on treatments, support ADL retraining, and implement individualized programs that promote safety, independence, and functional recovery. You will document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment focused on meaningful outcomes.
