Tanner Ryan Executive Placement Specialists is growing and seeking an experienced Medical Device High Volume Recruiter to join our team. Candidates must reside in Arizona to be considered.
About the Role
If you have at least 3 years of agency recruitment experience and a proven track record recruiting top talent in medical device sales, capital equipment, field service, clinical applications, or healthcare technology, we’d like to speak with you!
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for medical device and healthcare technology positions
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Manage multiple searches while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical device recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Strong Business Development Skills
- ATS Experience ( Loxo) preferred
- Experience recruiting sales, service, clinical, or leadership talent
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, and loved what they do
Pay range and compensation package
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions

- Six-figure earning potential
