SUMMARY:

• BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
• Rate is based on years of related experience
• BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas

Case Needs (some client needs may have staff in process and also may be for end of this school year or may be applicable for summer and next school year):

• Lancaster- Home- Tuesday & Thursday 5pm-6pm
• Lancaster- Home- Saturday & Sunday 10am-1pm
• Lancaster- School- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday- 8am-3pm
• Lancaster- School- Monday- Friday 8:30am-11:30am
• Lancaster- Home- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:45pm-5:45pm
• Lancaster- Home/Community Monday- Thursday, 3:30pm-5:30pm- Summer - daytime hours; possible Saturdays- community
• Lancaster- School- Monday- Thursday 8am-3pm- New School Year
• Lancaster- Home- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-1pm; hours can be in community setting as well
• Mount Joy- Home- Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm- experienced BHT preferred
• Mount Joy- School- Monday- Friday 7:45am-12pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
