Work Location: Hybrid - Sandy, UT In-Person Expectation: Approximately 1-3 days per week based on practice needs; schedule is negotiable Schedule: Up to five 8-hour shifts per week once fully ramped Patient Population: Adults and adolescents (13+) Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus a monthly RVU-based productivity bonus and $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment New providers begin in a part-time, hourly/non-exempt capacity during the ramp-up period, which typically lasts approximately one month before transitioning to full-time, depending on patient volume and practice needs. Position Overview Peak Mental Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinical team. This role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing care for adult and adolescent patients in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Provide medication management and individualized treatment planning Deliver ongoing psychiatric care for adults and adolescents Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support continuity of care Participate in case discussions and clinical collaboration as appropriate Follow all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements Maintain active licensure and required clinical credentials Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start Ability to treat adult and adolescent populations Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills Prior PMHNP experience preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are still completing licensure or DEA registration may be considered, provided all required credentials are obtained prior to start.
