Restaurant Assistant General Manager Compensation Range: 70,305.00 - 84,600.00 Responsibilities Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations. Act as brand ambassador and second in charge, upholding company standards. Oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled, memorable experience for Guests and Team Members. Champion company culture, drive continuous improvement, and foster an energetic, inclusive environment. Actively support and develop a passionate team focused on execution, hospitality and service. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication, exceptional leadership and motivation skills. Proficient in P&L management. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Preferred experience with local and state health codes. Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot scheduling systems.
