Regional Business Director, Oncology (West Region) RYBREVANT Franchise, Lung & Head & Neck Cancers

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Business Director to lead oncology sales teams across the West Region for the RYBREVANT franchise, covering lung and head & neck cancers. This field-based role manages District Managers and Sales Specialists while executing integrated regional strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, mentor, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists across West Region
- Develop and execute regional business plan supporting RYBREVANT franchise across lung and head & neck cancers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategies into regional execution and market access
- Coach leaders to build alignment, navigate priorities, and deliver customer-centric outcomes
- Establish account goals, oversee metrics, and drive business performance across disease areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 10+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry experience
- 5+ years cross-functional commercial roles (sales, marketing, access, analytics, business development)
- Prior people management and team leadership experience
- Valid US driver's license; ability to travel 50% including overnight trips
- Oncology or solid tumor experience preferred; lung or head & neck cancer experience strongly preferred
