Our Core Values We are Conscientious We are Empowered We are Respectful We are Transformative We are Resilient Key Responsibilities Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects. Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients. What You'll Bring Required : Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; or equivalent experience. 2+ years’ experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards Preferred Professional Engineer (PE) License Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) LEED® Accreditation Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge What You’ll Love Competitive Pay: $70,435 to $104,540 annual salary and conditional bonus Employee Ownership: Build equity through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Robust Benefits: 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life & disability insurance, transportation benefits...and more!
