Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their parts inquiries and needs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and order parts as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading parts shipments
• Provide pricing and availability information to customers
• Process customer payments for parts purchases
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
• Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
