Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Hanover Park, IL. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and have mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to grow your manufacturing career. Payrates range from $17.00-$19.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, adjustment, and operation of production machinery according to established specifications.

• Support the processing of manufacturing batches and materials, including mechanical operations as required.

• Monitor equipment performance during production runs and report any issues.

• Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and preventative maintenance to keep machines operating efficiently.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues while assisting with corrective actions.

• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate production records and machine performance documentation.

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
