About the Role The Maintenance Director supports a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities Manages housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations. Maintain cleanliness throughout the community and resident areas. Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs. Support team efforts to uphold safety and infection control standards. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferred. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Dependable, organized, and team-oriented. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
