COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $625,000+ based on experience
• Production Bonus available when base salary goals are exceeded
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus paid over 3 years ($33K annually)
• Up to $20,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Urology (URO)

• Join an established, collaborative team with an existing Urologist and dedicated support staff
• Bread-and-Butter Urology with the option to utilize the  DaVinci Robot
• Current Urologist sees approximately 22 patients per day
• New physician will build volume gradually with strong referral support
• Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Open to discussing a 4-day work week / four 10-hour shifts
• Strong administrative support and physician leadership
• Team-oriented culture that values autonomy and collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Urology (URO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred
• DaVinci experience is a plus but not required
• Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working alone.
