Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bayou La Batre, AL. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring manager interviews. The role includes partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs, developing job postings, and maintaining a consistent and inclusive hiring process. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Day-to-day tasks also involve preparing offer recommendations, supporting onboarding coordination with HR, and tracking recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support. Experience with Hiring activities, such as job requisition management, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers. Capability in Interviewing practices, including structured interviews and competency-based assessment. Exposure to Employer Branding initiatives, such as promoting the organization through job postings, career events, and digital channels. Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in manufacturing, maritime, defense, or industrial settings. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and standard office software. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to work on-site in Bayou La Batre, AL, and collaborate effectively with operations and HR teams. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
