Registered Nurse (RN)
This position requires working 7p-7a for a 7 days on and 7 days off schedule, specifically from Thursday to Wednesday. Please note that there may be a possibility to adjust the schedule to accommodate team needs.
The role of the Registered Nurse involves providing essential care in a Medical-Surgical unit, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Obstetrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and assessing patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff, documenting patient care, advocating for patient needs, participating in patient education, and discharge planning.
Qualifications include current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, experience in Med-Surg nursing preferred; obstetrics experience is a plus, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
