Estimator/Repair Planner

Job Summary: Harper Collision is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Collision Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team. We operate from a state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot facility and are committed to safe, high-quality repairs performed according to manufacturer procedures. Harper Collision repairs a wide range of European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. Responsibilities

• Inspecting vehicles and preparing accurate, complete repair plans
• Researching and documenting OEM repair procedures
• Identifying structural, mechanical, safety, and calibration requirements
• Coordinating vehicle disassembly and blueprinting
• Writing and negotiating supplements with insurance carriers
• Documenting all required labor operations, parts, materials, and sublet services
• Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, insurers, and vendors
• Monitoring repairs to help maintain quality and production flow

Qualifications

• Previous collision estimating or repair-planning experience
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair procedures
• Experience with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software
• Familiarity with OEM repair information and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, proper repairs
• I-CAR training or OEM certification experience is preferred
