We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Eligible / Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our dedicated team. This position will focus on both inpatient and outpatient care.

Although this role is based at a single facility, you will benefit from the extensive support of our network of hospitals and surgical centers, all staffed by experienced physicians. • Full-time position focusing on both inpatient and outpatient care
• 36 patient contact hours weekly
• Practice hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Main office located at 207 N Townline Rd. Ste. 201, LaGrange, IN
• Expected daily patient volume: 30 patients
• All ancillary services are conveniently located at the clinic and hospital, with a strong referral base from primary care and other specialties
• Supervision of one mid-level Advanced Practice Provider
