Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: New London, CT Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: May 25, 2026 - Ongoing (6 months) Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available (flexible start/end times)PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Pediatrics and Adults Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20-25 cases per day Case Mix: Bread and butter anesthesia including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, GYN, urology, ophthalmology, vascular; no complex cardiac, thoracic, or high-risk neuro casesFACILITY INFORMATION
No. of Beds in Department: 220+ beds EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia care team model (3:1 supervision) Support Staff Available: Full OR and perioperative staff Reason for Coverage: Supplemental CoveragePRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90-120 daysCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: $247/hour Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: TBDREQUIRED PROCEDURES

Licenses: Active CT license required (willing to license) Board: NBCRNA certification required DEA: Required (CT DEA) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Other Qualifications: Must provide references from prior practice leadershipDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
