IT Project Manager

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois. Duties: Manage multiple IT, Infrastructure, and operation projects Take accountabilityfor on-time and on-budget deliverables Collaborate with other project managers to ensure consistent application of project management disciplines and methodologies Coordinate project activities by leveraging team members across various enterprise areas, vendors, external agencies, and partners Document and actively manage project dependencies, issues, and risks through resolution Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, including risks and issues, to department leadership and sponsors Scope, estimate, and plan new IT, Infrastructure, and projects Track, manage, report, and forecast project labor hours and financials Oversee technology acquisitions by working with procurement and vendors to ensure purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing align with the project schedule Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years of related work experience Proven success in managing multiple concurrent IT projects Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PPM tools Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Reliable and punctual attendance is a critical requirement of the position Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.00 and $42.00 .
