Customer Service Rep - Phone Coordinator

We're looking for a customer service representative to help keep our calls, messages, and customer information organized. What you'll do: * Answer incoming company calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
* Help callers with basic questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
* Return missed calls and follow up on messages.
* Review and respond to emails and voicemails.
* Update customer information and notes in our systems.
* Work with the office team to keep communication running smoothly. What we're looking for: * A positive attitude and clear communication skills.
* Someone reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
* Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
* A team player who can stay calm and helpful in a busy days. T raining is available! Customer service or office experience is a big plus
P ay:$16-$22 per hour based on experience and performance You'll join a team that values clear communication, teamwork, and helping each other succeed.
