About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in the establishment of its first white-collar services platform in the property management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the M&A execution process and supporting the sourcing of acquisition targets as part of a targeted roll-up strategy. This is a key position that involves owning the deal process from start to finish, working in close collaboration with the CEO and other sponsors, and partnering with the integration team to influence strategy and facilitate the scaling of the platform from its inception. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development role at the company should have a proven track record in M&A, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic acquisition opportunities. The role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to the shaping of the business strategy and is adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the property management or related services industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing a team and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. A background in finance, business, or a related field is typically required, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
