As Our Moving Crew Lead - Driver, You Will Lead your moving crew in a professional, confident, and respectful manner Drive company moving trucks (up to 26\') safely and responsibly Serve as the main point of contact for customers and their belongings Supervise movers and assist daily with moves Run jobs efficiently while following company policies and procedures Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish Adapt to both short local moves and long‑distance relocations Location & Schedule Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time Days: Monday through Saturday Employees report to our central HQ before heading to job sites and service areas. Do You Bring These Qualifications? 2+ years of moving experience Experience driving a 26\' moving truck Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs) Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage Strong, professional leadership skills Punctual, reliable, and customer‑focused Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
