We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino. Responsibilities Monitor digital channels, including hotel websites, booking engines, Marriott.com and online travel agencies, ensuring content, rates and visuals are accurate and aligned with Brand Standards. Recommend improvements to website content and merchandising to better showcase the resorts, experiences and offers. Set up and launch campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including audience targeting, tracking and creative setup. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences and creative as needed. Prepare weekly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations aligned with occupancy, revenue, ADR and direct booking targets. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Brand and Content teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to ensure campaign and content alignment. 4–5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel or premium lifestyle brands. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization and budget management. Working knowledge of GA4 and reporting tools such as Looker Studio. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) will be considered an advantage. Understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and hotel distribution channels. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of luxury brand standards. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong organisational skills, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
