Chief Revenue Officer - Solar

We're working with a fast growing solar company for a Chief Revenue Officer position, based in Central Florida. This is a seat on the executive leadership team, owning sales, marketing, channel partnerships, customer acquisition and revenue operations end to end. Duties Include: Setting and driving the company's revenue growth strategy across all customer facing functions Leading and developing a team of sales directors across multiple states Building out sales processes, forecasting and performance management from the ground up Identifying and negotiating new partnerships with financing providers, manufacturers and referral partners Reporting directly to the CEO on revenue performance and growth opportunities The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years solar experience A track record leading sales teams across multiple states The mindset of someone who wants to build and win, not maintain What's on offer: Base and bonus together, with uncapped earnings on top tied to production, this can become a seven figure role for the right person Relocation support for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumin People Limited
