RETAIL BRANCH MARKETING CONSULTANT LOCATION Charlotte, NC | Onsite Alternate locations: Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Compensation — Earn $61.00 per hour • Schedule — Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Contract — Support an 18+ month assignment • Conversion — Pursue potential contract-to-hire opportunity • Start Date — Begin October 12, 2026 ROLE IMPACT Support the development, execution, and optimization of retail branch marketing campaigns that advance business priorities, improve the client experience, and strengthen brand presence across the branch network. Translate business objectives into effective branch marketing, physical channel, merchandising, and customer experience solutions while managing multiple initiatives from planning through implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Branch Marketing — Develop and execute large-scale retail branch, physical channel, and customer experience marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities. • Creative Execution — Lead agency and partner teams through creative development, production, approval, and implementation of marketing deliverables. • Program Management — Manage concurrent marketing programs, projects, campaigns, and workstreams across a highly matrixed and regulated organization. • Marketing Analytics — Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, market research, and marketing data to identify optimization opportunities. • Regulatory Compliance — Coordinate Risk, Legal, and Compliance reviews while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education — Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and related training. • Marketing Experience — Bring 7–10 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, marketing communications, or marketing program management, including development and execution of large-scale campaigns. • Financial Services — Demonstrate experience in consumer banking, retail banking, lending, deposits, cards, wealth, or small business marketing. • Regulated Marketing — Apply experience working within Risk, Legal, and Compliance review requirements in a highly regulated environment. CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Data Analysis — Use Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking. • Presentations — Build stakeholder and campaign presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. • Communications — Manage business communications and coordination using Microsoft Outlook. • Marketing Analytics — Leverage customer insights, market research, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics platforms. • Workflow Management — Navigate marketing workflow and project management systems such as Adobe Workfront, Aprimo, or equivalent platforms. PREFERRED SKILLS • Branch Experience — Support retail branch networks, physical channel marketing, signage, merchandising, customer experience programs, print production, agency partners, or marketing fulfillment partners. • Advanced Education — Possess an MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Multicultural Marketing — Apply knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market and/or Spanish-language fluency to Spanish-language marketing initiatives and customer-facing materials.
