They are trusted partners, risk assessors, and key contributors who help support responsible commercial lending decisions for our members and communities.What You'll DoAs a Credit Analyst, you'll work closely with lenders to evaluate commercial credit requests, assess risk, and provide clear, accurate analysis that supports thoughtful lending decisions.Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the strength of business members' credit requestsPerform initial credit analysis to determine alignment with credit union policies and guidelinesAssist with or prepare clear, concise credit presentations for lending decisionsMonitor loan collateral, valuations, and inspections to ensure compliance with agreements and loan covenantsSupport lenders with ongoing portfolio management and problem loan administrationPrepare and maintain reports on members' credit obligations and financial performanceCollect and organize financial data directly from members when neededUpdate and maintain credit and loan systems with accurate data entry and reportingContribute to special projects and support team initiativesRepresent SCCU's mission of improving the financial well-being of our membersWhat Makes You a Great Fit?You enjoy analyzing financial information and turning complex details into clear recommendations.
