Product Quality & Recovery Associate (Part-Time) We are looking for a Part‑time Product Recovery Associate to support sustainability and quality work in the store. The role focuses on minimizing internal damages, repackaging, assembly, and selling legacy products. What you'll be doing day to day As a Product Recovery Associate, you will: Contribute to minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products. Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. Present IKEA products in As‑Is using a strong commercial expression and sell these products with pride, setting relevant prices that attract customers while generating the best results for the store. Support the quality work in the store to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products. Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity of co‑workers and customers. Qualifications Retail experience. Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture. Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles. Experience working in a customer and commercial‑oriented business.
