Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

• $26 to $29 an hour to start, $35+ an hour once hired | Monday to Friday | Rockville, MD
• You need 2+ years of call center experience for this role.
• You'll work on site at our Rockville office, 35 hours a week.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members, spouses, beneficiaries, and attorneys
• Help callers with questions about their 1099 tax forms and their online benefits accounts
• Keep calls quick and clear, with most wrapping up in under four minutes
• Respond to member questions by email and mail

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• A clear, professional phone voice
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to the Rockville office every day
• Available to start right away
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• High volume inbound call center experience
• Bilingual, especially English and Spanish
• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• Office or administrative experience
