Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise for Azure cloud services during the design and implementation phase of cloud migrations.
- Work on detailed and complex projects integrating multiple technologies across multiple disciplines
- Responsible in establishing architectural standards that enable DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, and automated continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Assist application solution architects to design scalable, highly available, secure application solutions that leverage azure cloud services
- Experience in Defining and validating technical requirements and architecture quality attributes for Business application Projects
- Participate in joint sessions to define the requirement for cloud infrastructure stacks
- Excellent skill in all major Azure IAAS services like VMs, containers, virtual networks, load balancers, NSG etc.
- Experience in Azure PAAS services like Azure SQL, App services, HD insight clusters etc.
- Excellent skill in Setting up Azure infrastructure, Cloud assessment and Cloud migration
- Experience in at least one of the below Operating Systems
- VMware
- Linux
- Windows
- Experience in Network, Security, IT Process and Procedures will be an added advantage
- Experience in Pivotal cloud foundry/Terraform will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of AWS will be an added advantage
- Additional Skills and Experience required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architecting and deploying IT infrastructure solutions
