We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team on a full-time temporary basis .

If you're outgoing, creative, and enjoy bringing people together, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You'll help create engaging activities, special events, and everyday moments that keep our residents active, connected, and smiling.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and group activities

• Encourage residents to participate and help everyone feel included

• Help coordinate games, crafts, music, parties, special events, and other activities

• Prepare activity areas and gather necessary supplies

• Spend meaningful one-on-one time with residents

• Assist residents to and from activities as needed

• Help maintain a fun, positive, and welcoming environment

• Work closely with the Activities team to support resident programs and events

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic personality

• Compassionate and patient when working with residents

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative and willing to jump in and have fun

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, or healthcare is a plus, but not required
