It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an entry level Project Manager to join our Taylor On Demand team to help manage our incoming partnership onboarding projects!Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Work Location:We would love to have a team member join us in either our North Mankato, MN or Eden Prairie, MN office locations.Your Responsibilities:Own project outcomes end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and communicatedLead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities in alignment with agreed objectivesFacilitate and lead project meetings and discussions, including kick-offs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews, and retrospectivesDevelop, maintain, and manage core project artifacts, including:Project plans and timelinesRisk registers, issue logs, and decision logsExecutive summaries and status reportsProject kick-off materials and presentationsProject retrospectives and post-mortemsProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalation as neededCommunicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadershipWork both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to drive accountability and progressEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work, time, and resourcesProvide leadership with meaningful insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement recommendationsParticipate in departmental planning activities based on project experience and organizational needsLeverage project management tools and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, visibility, and team effectivenessYou Must Have:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in project management or a related fieldStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level summariesAbility to lead discussions, influence outcomes, and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and external partnersAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail with the ability to organize and clearly document complex informationAbility to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI-enabled productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot)Comfortable working in a technology-forward environment and adapting to evolving tools and processesProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VisioExperience using modern project/work management platforms such as AsanaWe Would Also Prefer:2+ years of experience in the print industryThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $64,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
