Instructional Technology Specialist

Job TitlePlan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software applications. Plan and develop documentation, training videos, and instructional design modules for commercially available and proprietary software applications. Communicate with the Contract Manager on project plans, status, and updates for each assignment.Skill set info:Developing and delivering in person Instructor Led training for commercially available and proprietary software.Delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups of users.Using Technical applications to support training development such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, etc.Managing training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Mandatory). At least five (5) years' experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off the shelf software (such as Microsoft teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, etc., applications). At least three (3) years' experience with developing technical documentation.Certifications (if required): Familiarity or certification with the tools referenced (Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond) and/or an instructional design credential (e.g., ATD CPTD/CPLP).Documentation Required for submission:Resume showing education, certificates, and years of relevant experience.Copy of Bachelor's degree (mandatory) and any certificates, with verification number if applicable.A work sample of previously developed technical documentation (e.g., Quick Reference Guide/Card, web help content) relevant to training delivery.Signed Attachment O – Resource Acknowledgment.Details for Attachment N – Bidder/Offeror Resource Experience: at least 3 distinct client references within the past 5 years documenting this scope of work (1 reference per contract if fewer than 3 assigned contracts).Work Hours:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Resource must have flexibility to extend into evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays for deadlines/on-call support, with Contract Manager approval in advance; such extended coverage not to exceed 2,040 hours/year.
