Responsibilities As a Staff Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure applications within a defined technical domain. You will work independently on moderately complex problems, support CI/CD efforts, and collaborate closely with teammates and cross functional partners. This role serves as a progression point toward deeper technical leadership and broader ownership. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in full stack web development with a focus on the .NET framework Solid experience with C# and ASP.NET Working knowledge of front end technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, REST, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong SQL Server fundamentals Experience with API development Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Experience in Financial Services or Banking environments Experience with low code / no code or workflow tools Interest in mentoring and growing toward technical leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
