Job Description :

Zimmer Communications is growing! Zimmer is looking for a digital marketing analyst to join our digital marketing team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, collecting and analyzing campaign data, optimizing digital campaign performance, creating client presentations and communicating with the sales and marketing team on digital campaigns.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should be comfortable reviewing and analyzing campaign data with the ability to identify digital trends and the most effective digital strategies for clients. A top-performing digital marketing analyst should be analytical, detail-oriented, organized and communicate clearly within a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• B2B digital sales-current and new accounts
• Management of both large and small digital campaigns including SEM, Display, Video, Remarketing and Connected TV
• Join sales team on client meetings to help close digital accounts
• Ownership of digital marketing strategies to hit client goals
• Development of digital strategies with internal team to hit revenue goals
• Monitor and adjust digital campaigns weekly to achieve client goals
• Work with leadership team to innovate and grow the digital department
• Meet with sales staff regularly to provide support and feedback on digital platforms
• Conduct monthly meetings with current digital clients to review analytics and pacing to client goals and objectives
• Execute digital training for sales management, account executives and other team members
• Continue to grow the digital department and revenue with new technology and capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage in the market for Zimmer Communications

Qualifications :

• 2 years working in digital marketing or equivalent experience
• Google Ads Search Certification
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification (familiarity with GA4 preferred)
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and experience analyzing digital marketing performance
• Experience managing Google Ads search campaigns
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of targeted display, video (YouTube) and streaming TV advertising.
• Working knowledge of new digital media capabilities.
• Effective relationship building, customer service, communication and negotiation skills
• College degree preferred
• Passionate about new and emerging marketing technology
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients grow
• Sales driven, marketing minded
