OBGYN needed in Santa Cruz, CA - Top Pay + Sign-On + Productivity Bonus

OBGYN Position

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Schedule: 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day, 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME). Various schedules available: Full-Time hospital based, Full-Time full scope clinic & hospital based.

Call: Shared call: 1:6-7 with internal docs. Hospitalist always present + OBGYN.

EMR: Cerner

Patient load: 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)

Job Requirements: BC or BE in FM or IM. New grads welcome (no 2027 grads).

Compensation: Base - 375-400K, Productivity bonus

Support: 7 CNMs in clinic, 1 full-scope physician, 1 GYN/surg physician, hospitalists

Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
