Logistics / Coordinator Location: San Leandro/Hayward, CA Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, hourly DOE.

We are looking for an analytical, detail‑oriented team player who can keep multiple projects moving across multiple locations, meet expectations, and help maintain outstanding customer experience. Schedule crews daily and create contingency plans for emergency services. Allocate company resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment) daily and hourly to keep projects moving toward completion. Maintain internal and external communications. Communicate daily with team members and customers. Position Requirements Prior logistical experience. Solid knowledge of the Bay Area traffic and a familiarity with local service areas. Ability to multi‑task and adapt to momentary changes. 2+ years of administrative or office‑related experience. Restoration service industry experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Professional courtesy and tone at all times. Active listening, respectful questioning, empathy, and conflict resolution while maintaining teamwork. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented. Capability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn new proprietary software. Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law. Work Hours 40 hours per week – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Flexible to work overtime or weekends when required.
