Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Responsibilities Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions Prepare journal entries for monthly close Prepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards. Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as‑needed basis Records quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactions Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounting Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
