Travel RN – Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) setting during overnight shifts
• Monitor and assess critically ill cardiac patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with required cardiac experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in an ICU or CCU clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and critical care protocols
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
