What You Will Enjoy Doing

In this role you will manage >$5M annual spend across commodities, ensuring alignment with financial and business goals. You will lead and develop a team of buyers while driving procurement performance. Further, you will partner cross-functionally (Production, R&D, Engineering) to ensure material flow and support new product development. You will analyze market trends and provide commodity insights to inform strategic decisions. Moreover, you will build and manage strong supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and corrective actions. Additionally, you will drive cost savings and operational improvements using total cost of ownership and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You Great

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent) and you have already gained 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and understanding of procurement and operational processes. Demonstrated strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. You are a self-motivated, results-driven, with a positive and customer-focused mindset. Preferred: Supply chain certifications (e.g., ISM, CPM, CPSM) and experience in strategic procurement (domestic or global).
