About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing & Brand to take on the pivotal role of the first marketing leader. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining the company's positioning and market narrative, translating complex technical product information into clear and compelling messaging, and building demand generation initiatives from the ground up. This role is critical for owning core marketing assets, including messaging, content, campaigns, and website strategy, and for partnering closely with leadership to support pipeline growth. The VP of Marketing & Brand will also be responsible for establishing repeatable marketing processes and programs, as well as for building and scaling the marketing function over time. Applicants for the VP of Marketing & Brand position at the company should have a strong background in marketing complex B2B technology products, with a focus on positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Experience in driving demand generation and pipeline growth is essential, as is the ability to operate in a hands-on, startup environment. The role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution. While not mandatory, experience within AI, data, infrastructure, or SaaS companies, as well as a background as a first or early marketing hire and familiarity with modern marketing and GTM tools, are considered advantageous.
