As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing accurate estimates for our residential and commercial projects. Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for construction projects
• Create and submit submittals for approval
• Develop punch out lists for project completion
• Assist with pre-construction activities
• Manage change orders and scope development

Required Skills:

• Experience in residential construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of construction documentation and project controls
• Strong understanding of structural design and building construction
• Ability to read and interpret arcitectural drawings

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with computers and estimating programs
• Previous experience with bidding and project execution
• Familiarity with Request For Information (RFI) process

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000
• Salary is dependant on years of experiance, knowledge of estimating and ability to close jobs.
