About the Role: Responsible for the safe and effective instruction of group exercise classes for participants with varying fitness levels in a corporate setting. Enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable working as a team member. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans the overall class structure and activities. Provides every participant with a quality exercise class designed to enhance their health and lifestyle. Committed to making each workout the best. Clearly and effectively communicates class structure or activities. Runs exercise programs safely. keeping aware of participants' strengths. Watches for warning signs in participants and demonstrates exercise program modifications as needed.
